Refund Policy
 

At Pariah Dogs, we care deeply about the quality, safety, and freshness of every product we make. We want you to feel confident feeding our treats to your dog.

Our Make It Right Policy

If your dog does not like one of our products, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and if at least half of the product is still unused, we will offer a 100% refund for that product.

To help us process your refund, we may ask for your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the remaining product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Products your dog did not like, as long as at least half of the product is unused

  • Products damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Missing items from an order

  • Quality concerns reported shortly after delivery

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products that have been mostly or fully used

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
